The Louth GAA Competitions Control Committee have confirmed that the Avonmore Louth GAA Senior Football Championship Final between Newtown Blues and St Patricks, due to take place on Sunday October 2nd, has been postponed due to a tragic bereavement within the St Patricks club.

The Louth County Board express their deepest sympathies to the family and friends of the deceased.

The Louth GAA Minor Board have also confirmed that the PSS Security Minor Football Championship Final between Geraldines and St Brides has also been postponed.
